Service Limitations

While we use advanced technology and experienced technicians, leak detection services have inherent limitations:

• We detect and locate leaks but do not perform repairs
• Some leaks may be intermittent or difficult to detect
• Access limitations may affect our ability to detect certain leaks
• Environmental conditions may impact detection accuracy

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about the property and suspected leaks
• Ensuring safe access to all areas requiring inspection
• Disclosing any known hazards or special conditions
• Payment of services according to agreed terms

Liability and Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for our services.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept various forms of payment including cash, check, and credit cards. Late payments may be subject to interest charges.

Cancellation Policy

Services may be cancelled with reasonable notice. Cancellation fees may apply for same-day cancellations or no-shows. Emergency services may have different cancellation terms.
